We know your business moves at the speed of the market. Real Estate Media is delivered within 24 hours. Professional Headshots are delivered within 7 days. All other commercial or architectural projects are delivered on a per-project timeline discussed during your consultation.
We use high-end, secure delivery systems. For real estate clients, you receive access to a dedicated Booking Portal & Dashboard to manage your files. All other media is delivered via a streamlined cloud system for easy, full-resolution downloading.
We provide no-fee travel for all projects located between Cave Junction and Ashland, including everything in between (Grants Pass, Medford, etc.). For projects on the South Coast or outside this radius, a standard travel fee applies.
We'll guide you through everything during the consultation. For real estate and architecture, we typically ask for clear access and any specific angles you want highlighted. For headshots, just show up ready.
For standard Real Estate services, all pricing is transparent and stated directly on our Online Booking System. For commercial, long-term use, or architectural projects, we provide a custom quote based on a Shoot Fee + Licensing Fee model tailored to your specific project needs.
